"And he shall mark him his equal"-Prophecy to Dumbledore concerning Harry and Tom
Tom-ASSUMED AS PROBABLY TRUE SO LETS RUN WITH THAT-Facts:
Afraid of death
Believes in prophecy
Loves trinkets with history
Afraid of Dumbledore
Evil
Once he heard the prophecy, he had to have a long think.He wasn't young anymore, by the time he killed the Potters,Tom would have been at least 45-50, and he would have tothink about the future, like, how much longer would his body be able to keep him alive? For a man who is afraid of death, living forever would require them to be able bodied too. But how could he do that? He had no heir,and even then, would it be as powerful as him? Then, he hears the prophecy, and is presented with two choices.One, is that this "equal" will rise against him, so he should try to kill him immediately, which as well all know ended up being his line of action, but having the same after affect as if he didn't try to kill young harry. Or,he could attempt to create his own heir, out of someone he "knew" would be equal to his own tremendous power and that he would be able to mould into his own servant before age wearied his own body, and he had to take his new place inside the next body. Tom wanted to turn Harry into his Darkest Servant, his next heir.

Hallows legend
The Hallows across most legends are seen to represent the royal regalia carried by the King, or the objects sought by someone such as a 'Grail Quester' in both ancient and modern stories.
The sacred vessels, or 'Hallows of Ireland' were believed to have been brought by the 'Tuatha de Danaan' to Ireland and kept in the 'Crane Bag', visible at high tide only. Four people were responsible for guarding the contents, known as 'Guardians of the Hallows' : 'Manannan', 'Lugh', 'Cumhal','Fionn' When it was first in Manannan's care it contained:
Manannan's House;
Goibniu's shirt, belt, knife and smith's hook;
King of Lochlann's Helmet;
King of Alba's Shears;
A Belt made from fish skin;
Asal's pig's bones.
Later the Tuatha de Danaan were believed to be a people who were said to have brought sacred treasures from an island near Greece to Ireland from the Otherworld . There were said to be four treasures:
1. Shining spear of Lugh (from Gorias), providing victory in any fight;
2. Stone of Fal (from Falias), kings were crowned on this;
3. Sword of Nuadu (from Findias), impossible to avoid being struck and wounded by its contact;
4. Cauldron of Dagda (from Murias), of plenty.
The four hallows of the Tuatha de Danaan were developed in later traditions to be:
1. The Pole of Combat;
2. The Sword of Light;
3. The Cauldron of Cure;
4. The Stone of Destiny.
These have since been further developed to the four symbols of magical elements, to also be seen on Tarot packs as the four suits:
1. The Sword;
2. The Spear;
3. The Cup;
4. The Pentacle.
We can see that the sacred vessels influenced the Arthurian legends, Grail legends and the search for the hallowed objects in ancient 'Annwn' also being associated with those of the Tuatha de Danaan:
1. The Sword which is Broken;
2. The Spear of the Dolorous Blow;
3. The Dish (to process the Head of the Withdrawn Grail Guardian);
4. The Grail (Sacred Chalice / Cauldron of Plenty & Inspiration).
The Spear has also been referred to as the 'Lance of Longinus', as it is said to be the one which 'Longinus', a Roman centurion, used to pierce Christ's side as He was being crucified.
The Hallows were believed to be shown to the Grail Questers whilst attending a meeting, or in some cases a feast. This meeting has been considered to be a tradition if not a ritual accompaniment to the feast, where the focus of the viewing of The Hallows was considered one to be respected. In some legends the 'Lady of the Lake' is referred to as the 'Guardian of the Hallows of Kingship'.
Today The Hallows can be seen to exist in modern regalia;
1. The Sceptre (Rod of Equity and Mercy);
2. The Sword of State;
3. The Ampulla of Holy Oil;
4. The Crown.
In early Arthurian legend it was said that thirteen treasures existed in the Otherworld, and these were reputed to have been retrieved from Annwn by Arthur. These were collectively known as the 'Thirteen Treasures of Britain'. The story of their recovery is told in the poems of 'Taliesin'.
This information is a result of a google search.
The four Hallows are the four Horcuxe left.
1. The Sword; of Griffindor
2. The Spear;
3. The Cup; of Hufflepuff
4. The Pentacle.

Harry Potter 8th book
In an interview Rowling gave us clues that she could, who knows, write an 8th book.
Rowling confirmed that there isn't a university after Hogwarts and further Harry Potter books.
Q: Do you think that you will write about Harry after he graduates from Hogwarts? Isn't there a University of Wizardry?
A: There's no University for Wizards. At the moment I'm only planning to write seven Harry Potter books. I won't say "never," but I have no plans to write an eighth book.

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows
Deathly Hallows will be the name of the 7th book of Harry Potter Series.
The release date for Deathly Hallows has not been set by the publisher. However, Liz Calder, a publishing director at Bloomsbury Publishing Plc. said in May 2006 that she hopes the seventh book will be released in 2007, even going so far as to say it is "likely." In an interview following the release of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince in 2005, Rowling stated:
"Realistically, I don't think I'm going to be able to do real work on it until next year [2006]. I see next year as the time that I’m really going to write seven. But I've started and I am doing little bits and pieces here and there when I can. But you’ve seen how young Mackenzie still is, and you can bear actual witness to the fact that I do have a very small, real baby, so I'm going to try and give Mackenzie what I gave David, which is pretty much a year of uninterrupted 'me time', and then I'll start writing seriously again."
In a Christmas 2005 letter on her official website, Rowling stated:
"I have been fine-tuning the fine-tuned plan of [book] seven during the past few weeks so that I can really set to work in January [2006]."

The phoenix inside Dumbledore
Dumbledore pet is a Phoenix, she rises from the ashes... Dumbledore have showed us a lot of times his skills with fire.
---> When Dumbledore went to Voldemorte orphanage, to prove him that magic was real, he set fire to the cupboard where Tom hide the things that he stoled from the other childs. This is an example that Dumbledore use magic without wand.We already seen something like that: When Harry goes to the Zoo and sets free the snake: and when he inflate her taunt. In both cases, the magic is done without wand, probably by the rage. But in Dumbledore case, he set on fire the cupboard intentionally, revealling a big control with fire.
--> Dumbledore also uses fire to protect Harry from the Inferius.What I think is that Dumbledore is an animagus, he controls the fire, so he is a Phoenix, what makes him more immortal than Voldemort himself.
In the funeral Harry Could had swear for a split of second that he have seen a Phoenix flying to the sky from Dumbledore Tomb that was in fire, he rised from the ashes.
This theory is probably involved with Dumbledore dead.

Dumbledore isn't dead
(Read "Lightning-Struck Tower" first)
The first who enter in Dumbledore office after Dumbledore and Harry went out to find the Horcrux, (in the night that Dumbledore supposely dies) are McGonagall and Harry, when they get there (Dumbledore was already dead) and his painting was already there, what probably means that it was all planned for everyone to believe that Dumbledore really died.
Harry could swear that he had seen a phoenix flying to the sky directly from inside Dumbledore Tumul, that on that time was circled by fire. This can just explain Dumbledore soul going to the sky. But if you have read with attention when the fire stops, Dumbledore's body is hiden by stone and the tumul is already closed so: anyone sees Dumbledore body after the phoenix leave is body.
When Dumbledore is blasted in the tower, Harry swear that he have seen Dumbledore floting before falling. That probably means that Dumbledore landed softly.
